Lewis Hamilton (Linocut Print)
*Previously on sale for £40, now £25!*
My homage to British racing driver, Lewis Hamilton.
I started carving this shortly before the end of the 2019 F1 season, when it seemed inevitable that Hamilton was going to scoop his 6th world championship - second only to Michael Schumacher.
Edit:
Now, today, 15th November 2020, he has equalled Schumacher and won his seventh world championship. As a consummate professional and fair-minded, focused driver, and unlike the majority or F1 drivers who come from a relatively affluent background due to the sheer cost of the sport; no-one deserves this more! When will his Cinderella story end? Each year he hones his craft and gets better and better!
As with all handmade items, each one will vary slightly making it completely unique.
10% of all sales of my Lewis Hamilton Linocut Print will be donated to Hamilton's own charitable foundation Mission 44, whose aim is "To support, champion and empower young people from underserved groups to succeed through narrowing opportunity gaps in education, employment and wider society."
